I like it more then the average "ripped off human" who was cutted from the hips and then stucked on a snake-body.
The 'real Naga'
It looks more naturally.

That aside, I like the anatomy, odd as it may be. A lot of people have great difficulty with the upper body around the ribcage area, and depicting proper length of the arms, but you pulled it off perfectly.
Her face looks cute, and the hair has a nice, soft look and flow to it, though I think it could have used stronger shadows.
I also like the more subtle touches, like the wrinkling of the skin around where the tale bends: it gives a depth to the fur coating, making it seem very soft and... well, she's a girlfriend I'd love to snuggle with.
Finally, the inking. In general, I love it! I think it's a little thick around the couch, particularly at the bottom, but otherwise your use of line-weight was perfect, especially around the arms, undertail, and back.
